Product Descriptions and Specifications:
Enstitü OÜ (doing business as “3DMoose”) (the “Company”) endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date descriptions of all digital products, maker kits, subscription services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Products”) listed on its Site. Product specifications, pricing, availability, and delivery methods are subject to change without notice, provided that such changes do not affect any order already accepted by the Company. All images, illustrations, technical data, and performance claims are for illustrative purposes only and may vary from actual Products.

Subscription Services:
The Company offers a subscription service (the “Subscription”) which grants the User access to a curated library of digital maker guides, games, instructional videos, and premium resources. Subscription fees are billed in US dollars at the rate specified on the Site and collected via Stripe or other designated payment processors. Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis until canceled by the User. Cancellation must be effected through the User’s account settings at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date to avoid incurring the subsequent month’s fee.

Licensing and Usage Rights:
Subject to full payment of the applicable fees, the Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, stream, download, and use the digital content for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company. The User shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works of any content except as expressly permitted under the license or applicable mandatory law.

Physical Maker Kits:
Physical maker kits advertised on the Site may include hardware components, tools, and printed materials. The Company shall use reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of kit contents and shipping estimates. Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions are the responsibility of the User. The Company is not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from carrier services, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

Disclaimer of Warranties:
THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE COMPANY’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Compliance with Laws:
The User represents and warrants that they will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and export controls in connection with their purchase, use, and distribution of the Products. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to violate legal or regulatory requirements.

Intellectual Property Rights:
All intellectual property rights in the Products, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and moral rights, are owned by or licensed to the Company or its affiliates. The Company’s trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without the Company’s prior written consent.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These Product Information terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
