Payment Methods and Terms
Enstitü OÜ (doing business as “3DMoose”) (the “Company”) provides customers (the “Users”) with various payment methods to facilitate the purchase of products, digital content, subscriptions, and services (the “Goods”) offered on its website or platform (the “Site”). The available payment methods are enumerated solely for informational purposes and may be amended or supplemented at the Company’s discretion without prior notice. The Company makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the payment methods listed below are accepted; however, the inclusion of a payment method does not constitute a binding guarantee of acceptance for every transaction. The Company expressly reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or suspend any payment method or transaction at any time, subject to applicable law.

Acceptance of Credit and Debit Cards:
The Company accepts credit and debit cards issued by major financial institutions, including but not limited to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover (collectively, the “Card Networks”). By providing card information, the User represents and warrants that (i) the card is valid, active, and has sufficient credit or funds for the transaction; (ii) the User is duly authorized to use the selected card; and (iii) all required cardholder data is accurate and complete. The Company utilizes secure payment gateways and tokenization in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to process card transactions. Card payments are subject to additional identity verification and anti-fraud checks at the Company’s sole discretion.

Alternative Payment Options:
In addition to Card Networks, the Company may support alternative payment options, including but not limited to PayPal, iDEAL, BLIK, Sofort, SEPA Direct Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and such other local or regional payment schemes as designated on the Site (collectively, the “Alternative Methods”). Use of any Alternative Method is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment service provider, and the User’s use of such services constitutes agreement to such terms. The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in processing payments arising from the User’s breach of the payment service provider’s terms.

Bank Transfers and Wire Payments:
Users may elect to pay via bank transfer or wire payment to the Company’s designated bank account. Payment instructions, including account details, reference codes, and payment deadlines, will be provided during checkout or in a separate invoice. The User is responsible for ensuring that all transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, and currency conversion costs are borne by the remitting party. The Company shall not be responsible for delays, shortfalls, or failures in receipt of funds due to the User’s failure to comply with payment instructions or due to banking system issues beyond the Company’s control.

Payment Timing and Authorization:
All transactions are authorized at the time of purchase. For Card and Alternative Method payments, the authorization request may result in a hold or pre-authorization on the User’s account for the purchase amount plus any applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees. The Company will capture the authorized funds upon order confirmation. Any pre-authorization holds will be released in accordance with the User’s card issuer policies. For Bank Transfers, payment is deemed made when cleared funds are received in the Company’s account.

Currency and Pricing:
Prices displayed on the Site are shown in the currency indicated at checkout (the “Billing Currency”) and include applicable taxes or duties as required by law. The Company may offer multi-currency support. Currency conversion rates applied at the time of transaction are determined by the card issuer or payment provider and are beyond the Company’s control. The Company disclaims any liability for currency fluctuations, conversion fees, or differences arising from exchange rate discrepancies.

Taxes, Duties, and Fees:
Users are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties, levies, or other governmental charges imposed in connection with their purchase of Goods, other than those explicitly collected and remitted by the Company. Where the Company is required to collect value-added tax (VAT) or similar indirect taxes, the applicable tax rate will be displayed at checkout. The User agrees to provide accurate billing and shipping information to facilitate correct tax calculations.

Refunds, Returns, and Chargebacks:
The Company’s Refund Policy, Return Policy, and Chargeback Procedures, as published on the Site, govern the process and conditions under which Users may request refunds, returns, or dispute charges. The Company reserves the right to refuse refund or return requests that do not comply with the Policy. In the event of chargebacks initiated by the User with a payment provider, the Company may suspend the User’s access to the Site and seek legal or administrative remedies to recover disputed amounts, including but not limited to legal fees, collection costs, and interest.

Security and Compliance:
The Company employs industry-standard encryption, secure sockets layer (SSL)/transport layer security (TLS), and firewalls to protect payment data transmitted to or from the Site. The Company conducts periodic security audits and compliance assessments to ensure ongoing adherence to PCI DSS and other applicable payment security standards. Notwithstanding reasonable security measures, the Company cannot guarantee absolute security of data and disclaims any liability for breaches or unauthorized access caused by third-party actions.

Payment Dispute Resolution:
Any dispute regarding a payment must be raised by the User in writing to the Company’s support team at support@3dmoose.com within 30 days of the transaction date. The User agrees to participate in good faith in any informal dispute resolution process offered by the Company. If informal resolution fails, the User may seek resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the Company’s arbitration clause, subject to mandatory local consumer protection laws.

Modification and Termination of Payment Methods:
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any payment method or service, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of any available payment method following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of such changes. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such modifications or discontinuation.

Third-Party Payment Providers:
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers (“PSPs”), including but not limited to Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, or Mollie. The User’s use of PSPs is governed by the PSP’s terms of service and privacy policy. The Company disclaims any liability for the PSP’s acts or omissions, including but not limited to payment delays, technical errors, or service interruptions.

Liability Limitation:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability for payment-related claims arising out of or related to this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the relevant transaction. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These payment terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to payment methods or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
