Export Controls & Prohibited Items | 3DMoose

Enstitü OÜ (doing business as “3DMoose”) strictly adheres to all applicable export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to the United States Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions programs, and the European Union Dual-Use Regulation. The Company reserves the right to refuse sales to any person, entity, or destination subject to embargoes or sanctions by competent authorities.

Scope of Policy: This policy applies to all products, software, technology, and technical data (“Goods”) provided by Enstitü OÜ (doing business as 3DMoose), whether distributed physically, electronically, or by other means.

Prohibited End-Users and Destinations: Under no circumstances shall Enstitü OÜ (doing business as 3DMoose) export, re-export, or transfer Goods to individuals or organizations located in, or nationals of, countries subject to comprehensive embargoes or sanctions. Such jurisdictions include, but are not limited to, those designated by the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the EU Financial Sanctions list. Customers must ensure that no end-user or end-use is prohibited.

End-Use Certification: By placing an order, the purchaser represents and warrants that (i) they are not on any denied party list; (ii) the Goods will not be used for any prohibited end-use, including but not limited to the development or production of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons; and (iii) the Goods will not be re-exported in violation of applicable export laws.

Compliance Procedures: Enstitü OÜ (doing business as 3DMoose) may, at its sole discretion, require customers to provide documentation or declarations to demonstrate compliance with export control requirements. Failure to provide such documentation may result in order cancellation or delay.

Audits and Recordkeeping: The Company maintains records of all export transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements. Customers agree to grant reasonable access to audit records if requested by regulatory authorities.

Governing Law: This Export Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
