Introduction and Purpose
This Code of Conduct defines the ethical standards and expected behavioral patterns that apply to all employees, managers, board members and business partners of 3DMoose.

Ethical Business Practices
Conflict of Interest
We proactively report situations that could create conflict between our personal interests and company interests. We immediately share with our managers any situations that could affect our ability to make objective decisions due to financial, family or personal relationships.
Gifts and Benefits
We do not request, accept or offer unreasonably valuable gifts, benefits or advantages in our business relationships. Symbolic gifts given on special occasions are evaluated in accordance with company policies.
Information Security and Confidentiality
Important Responsibilities
- Trade Secret Protection: We do not share trade secrets, customer information, business strategies and confidential data belonging to our company with unauthorized persons.
- Information Systems: We use company information systems only for business purposes and strictly comply with security protocols.
- Social Media: We do not speak on behalf of the company on our personal social media accounts and do not share confidential information.
- Data Protection: We process and protect personal data in accordance with GDPR and relevant data protection legislation.
Legal Compliance and Regulations

Sanctions and Consequences

- • Termination of employment contract and legal proceedings
All disciplinary proceedings are conducted fairly and objectively in accordance with labor law and human rights standards.
