Consumer Rights & Governing Law | 3DMoose

Enstitü OÜ (doing business as “3DMoose”) strictly complies with all applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Consumers are entitled to non‑waivable statutory rights.

Right of Withdrawal: Consumers in the European Union may withdraw from distance or off‑premises contracts within 14 calendar days from delivery or service completion, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the consumer must send a clear declaration to support@3dmoose.com. Upon valid notice, Enstitü OÜ will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of notification.

Delivery and Performance: Enstitü OÜ undertakes to deliver digital products and services without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the order date, unless otherwise agreed. Title and risk pass to the consumer upon download, access, or provision of the service.

Defects and Remedies: Consumers may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination for conformity defects appearing within 2 years of delivery. For digital content, defects should be notified promptly. Remedies will be provided in accordance with EU law.

Dispute Resolution: Enstitü OÜ encourages direct negotiation via email to resolve disputes. Consumers may also refer disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are governed by Estonian law, unless mandatory local law dictates otherwise.

Statutory Rights Unaffected: Nothing in these terms limits consumers’ rights under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
